The building is refurbished entirely to adapt it to 21st century needs.
It is more than 130 years old so there is a need to improve the comfort of its users and to update it in order to be able to accommodate new ways of living, more varied and flexible nowadays. On one hand, the weak points of energy efficiency and construction conditions are fixed to extend the lifetime of the building. On the other hand, roomier, more pleasant and versatile common and private spaces are generated, inviting inhabitants to use them freely and connected to the environment.

Es rehabilita l’edifici integralment per adequar-lo a les necessitats del segle XXI. Amb més de 130 anys d’història, necessita millorar el confort dels seus usuaris i renovar-se per poder albergar noves maneres d’habitar, actualment més variades i flexibles. D’una banda, es resolen els punts febles de l’eficiència energètica i es milloren les condicions constructives i estructurals per allargar la vida útil de l’edifici. D’altra banda, es generen uns espais comunitaris i privats més amplis, agradables i versàtils que conviden als habitants a ocupar-los de forma lliure i connectada amb l’entorn.
